David McKenna GAICD FRSA
Managing Director
David is an experienced governance leader, facilitator, and strategist with more than 15 years of board and executive experience across the not-for-profit and mutual sectors. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (FRSA), with professional development including the Harvard NFP Leaders Program. David is currently completing a PhD in innovation governance, focusing on how boards and organisations can adapt to complexity, emerging technologies, and new models of accountability. David also draws on his lived experience with Autism and ADHD, which he sees as a strength at the governance table. These perspectives bring heightened pattern recognition, creativity, and the ability to challenge assumptions; qualities that help boards think differently about risk, opportunity, and impact. He is passionate about helping purpose-driven organisations strengthen governance, clarify strategy, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Lachlan Holt
Executive Director
Lachlan is an experienced consultant specialising in finance, governance, and program management. With a background spanning the major Commonwealth agencies, and leading consulting firms, he has built expertise in managing complex budgets, ensuring accountability, and supporting senior leaders to make informed decisions. At NeuroLogic Partners, Lachlan applies this experience to company secretary services, strategy design, and facilitation. Lachlan combines strong technical capability with a collaborative, people-focused style. He has been recognised with community awards through Lions International and brings additional perspective from his creative and entrepreneurial background. Whether coordinating board processes, guiding strategic planning, or supporting governance reviews, Lachlan ensures organisations have the structure, insight, and confidence to navigate challenges and pursue opportunities with clarity.
